Starting ABA services is a big step, and we’re here to make it as simple, transparent, and supportive as possible. Whether you're brand new to ABA or returning after a break, we’ll work together to explore your needs and determine whether Saguaro ABA is the right fit for your family.
How it works

Start with a quick 15–20 minute phone call. This gives us a chance to learn more about your needs, goals, and whether our services are the right fit for your family. You can ask questions, share your concerns, and learn more about our approach.

If our services are the right fit, you’ll complete our digital intake forms, including medical history, developmental information, and values-based intake questions. If using insurance, we will verify your insurance benefits and explain what is covered, what requires authorization, and whether any out-of-pocket costs may apply.

We will conduct a comprehensive assessment of strengths, challenges, communication style, and behavior. This includes:
A review of intake information
Client, parent, and caregiver interviews
Direct observation and skill assessment
Identification of goals that align with your values and needs

Based on the assessment, we will create an individualized treatment plan that outlines goals, therapy hours, caregiver/stakeholder involvement, and progress monitoring. The plan is then submitted to your insurance provider for approval (if applicable). We will keep you informed every step of the way.

Therapy begins! We will provide supervision and coaching, and keep you involved through the journey. Progress is reviewed regularly, and we adjust support as you grow and your needs change. We also offer caregiver training, school collaboration, and consultation to help you feel confident and supported.
